Apricot Glazed Cornish Hens
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking dish or roasting pan. Place Cornish hens in the prepared pan.

Stir together preserves, soup mix, and dressing in a bowl until well combined. Pour mixture evenly over hens to fully coat each one.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; baste with sauce. Continue to bake until browned on top and juices run clear, 15 to 25 minutes more. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Serve topped with remaining sauce from the pan.
