Spinach, Sausage, and Egg Casserole
Ingredients

1 pound breakfast sausage

11 large eggs

¾ cup milk

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instruction
- Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

Beat together eggs and milk in a large bowl.

Stir in cooked sausage, Cheddar cheese, spinach, and oregano until well combined; pour into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of casserole comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
